The cost (including VAT) of advertising properties on Aberystwyth University Studentpad is for a set advertising period. The specific dates of the advertising period will be provided when you create your advert; however, for 2020/21 the advertising period will be reduced to around 6 months. This is due to the Accommodation Office, Aberystwyth University, no longer operating Studentpad after the 22nd May 2020. Please note, that should you decide to advertise your property after the start date of the advertising period then you will have a shorter advertising period.

When you are invited to make the payment(s) you will also be provided with a ‘Valid From’ and ‘Valid Until’ date on your invoice, so please ensure that you check the details to understand how long your property will be advertised for based on your payment.

Please make sure payment is made before your advert is due to go live. Please be aware that if your advert is in a future letting period, you will be sent a reminder when payment can be made.
